Do you repair sofa cushions? We have a patch of small tears in one. How much do you charge?

I am staying south of Ottawa with family, while I attend training in Ottawa for the next month. I am seeking a leather journal cover with etching/engraving of a quote that is symbolic. Might this be something that you could create? If so, I would be able to make my way to Nepean before 6pm, during the week.
    Thanks.

I was wondering if you can duplicate a guitar strap I have. I like the design of it and it was claiming to be all leather when I bought, but it’s not leather and it nearly failed while in use. I sent a PM to your FB.
    Thanks

This has been fantastic work and phenomenal client service orientation.

Though it was a smaller repair to a burst seam of a leather padded dining room chair, it still required delicate work and Beth did a fantastic job. It looks like new and I didn’t have to resort to covering the chairs with slip covers.

On a further note, Beth went above and beyond in customer relations. Over the same two weeks I liaised with Beth to drop off the chair, I had to deal with poor client service orientation with (1) my bank, (2) my telecom provider, and (3) a commercial craft store. The latter experiences made me appreciate that it is becoming a rarity to see quality customer relations in the private sector, so thank you again!

    Hi Beth,

I’m looking for a 2 or 3 custom leather belts. I require longer belts than I can typically get in stores. I particularly like the style of the belt buckle where the buckle end is trimmed to reduce the size, as opposed to the free end. Are you able to do this type of work?

Also, do you do leather tooling, as in designs and motifs? I may also want something like that done down the road.

    Cheers, Steve

Hi there! I have 4 leather coats used and one long ladies suede coat. Do you buy used leather? If not do you know where I could sell these coats? Thanks!

    Like

    • Hello Lucy. Thank-you for the offer. Sorry, but we are not in the market for used leather or suede. May I suggest that you try and sell the coats through a consignment store? We cannot recommend a particular consignment store, but if you use the terms “Ottawa consignment” in the Google search engine you should be able to locate a store near you. Thanks for asking … Beth

Not going to hold you to a rough estimate; I just want to know what $ area I’m getting into. Thanks in advance for the info 🙂
